Free-hand writing is one of the best ways to express your inner most emotions and thoughts, not to mention that it helps to get rid of writer's block. The key is to keep your hand moving, and to not stop writing for about two minutes. I don't even think about what I'm writing until the two minutes have passed. Two minutes is the minimum amount of time; it gets your creative juices flowing. Below is an example of some free-hand writing that I did in about two minutes.
Silhouette
There comes a time when one can no longer linger with the objects of past times, both good and sad. Not one man loves to love soley alone. He fights the cricketing pulses of the fallen, distant shadows. He cannot argue that he has not loved, only that he may not have loved well. How cheap we see him, yet our hearts turn into shattered glass. Hiding and finding never became so effortless. Don't turn back, there's only a silhouette carressing your door frame. If it weren't for my nostalgic longing impulses, I'd be running...no sprinting towards you. The "you" not being particularly important, because I've no idea where this wallowing shell will take me. Just keep going. There's an omen calling your name, and the only way to escape it is to climb out of your exsanguinated body.
